1. Free Shipping & Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our operations team ensures it is processed and shipped at the earliest.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

3. Delivery Time

Products are usually delivered within 5–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across most locations in India.
However, delivery service may not be available in certain pin codes or remote areas. If your address is non-serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Address & Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we do not allow address or item changes to maintain smooth processing and timely dispatch.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

6. Important Note

Please do not pay any extra charges to delivery staff. The invoice amount shown on our website is inclusive of all applicable charges.
In rare cases of delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues, we will keep you informed through email or SMS.
