EcoVariants – Refund Policy

When does EcoVariants issue refunds?

Refunds are issued by EcoVariants only under the following conditions:

  • The order is canceled by the customer before it is shipped; or

  • The customer returns a product and requests a refund.

Note: Returns are not applicable to all EcoVariants products. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for details on eligible items.


What amount will be refunded?

If a customer returns a product and requests a refund, the amount refunded will be the price paid for the product only.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.


How can I track my refund after returning a product?

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
After verification, we will notify you via SMS or email on your registered contact details confirming the status of your return and refund.


How can I track my refund after canceling an order?

If your order is canceled, you will receive an acknowledgment via SMS or email confirming the cancellation and refund initiation.


Why haven’t I received my refund yet even though EcoVariants confirmed it?

If you’ve received confirmation of your refund from EcoVariants, rest assured it has been initiated.
Sometimes, banks or payment gateways may take longer than expected to process the transaction.
In such cases, please contact your bank or card issuer directly with the refund reference number shared by EcoVariants customer support.


How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 4 working days after the product is received and verified by EcoVariants or our seller partner.
However, depending on your bank, it may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.


How and where will I receive my refund?

a. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking

If you paid using a card or online banking, the refunded amount (excluding shipping charges) will be credited back to the same account used at the time of purchase.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you paid via COD, we will issue the refund through NEFT transfer, cheque, or an EcoVariants Gift Voucher in the name of the original billing details.


Can I get a refund for part of my order?

Yes. If your order includes multiple products, you may request a refund for individual items (for example, returning a soap while keeping another).
However, bundled sets or combo packs must be returned in full — partial refunds for items within a set are not allowed.


I received my refund cheque, but my name is incorrect. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately via email at sales@ecovariants.com or call us at +91-7904457005 (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday).
Mention your order number and mobile number to help us resolve the issue quickly.
We will issue a corrected cheque within 10 working days of receiving your request.


Will EcoVariants refund the courier charges for returned items?

Yes. If you return a product via courier, you can claim a refund for the courier charges.
We recommend using a reliable courier service that provides online tracking.
We will reimburse courier charges at 10% of your order value (minimum ₹100, maximum ₹750), issued as an EcoVariants Gift Voucher once the returned product is received and validated.


How can I track my refund after returning the product?

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and send you an update via SMS or email.

Are all products eligible for refund?

Most EcoVariants products are eligible for refunds or replacements.
However, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments

  • Personal hygiene items (such as soaps after use, razors, deodorants, etc.)

  • Beauty and cosmetic products

  • Food, beverages, and perishable goods

  • Gift vouchers and complimentary items


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order:

  • Email us at sales@ecovariants.com, or

  • Call our customer care at +91-7904457005 (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday).

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled immediately.
If the order has already been shipped, it can still be canceled; however, the refund will be processed only after we receive the returned product.


When can my refund request be declined?

Your refund may be declined if:

  • The returned product does not meet the return criteria (damaged, used, or missing packaging/accessories).

  • The return request was not raised within the allowed return period.

  • The product is a non-returnable category as per our policy.
