Return & Cancellation Policy

You can raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us your Order ID and reason for cancellation at sales@ecovariants.com.
Please note that the cancellation request must be sent from the same email ID used while placing the order.
Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can raise a return request after delivery.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is verified by Quality Check (QC), the refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty from our end, we will replace the item free of cost.
Refunds are only processed after the product is received and verified by our QC team.

For customized products (e.g., printed t-shirts, mobile covers, etc.), no replacement or refund will be provided in case of size or design issues.
However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our side, you can initiate a return request.
Please check the size guide carefully before placing an order.
The color of customized products may slightly vary depending on your screen resolution.

For COD orders, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account shared by the customer during the refund process.

As we currently do not have a reverse pickup facility, customers are requested to self-ship the product(s) back to us.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
If the product is defective or damaged from our end, EcoVariants will bear the shipping charges.
If the wrong product/order was placed by the customer, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
